Old Wounds Don’t Have to Shape Your Future. You Deserve More Than Survival.
On the outside, you may appear capable, responsible, and put together. Inside, you may feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or caught in patterns you cannot seem to change.
Perhaps you already understand where some of these patterns began. You may recognize your fear of abandonment, difficulty trusting, people-pleasing, emotional withdrawal, or tendency to return to painful relationship dynamics. Yet understanding why something happens does not always make it stop.
Therapy can help you explore the emotions, relationships, and protective strategies beneath what you are experiencing. Together, we work toward helping you feel more grounded, strengthen your boundaries, reconnect with yourself, and make choices that reflect who you are now—not only what you once had to do to survive.
My approach is warm, honest, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I draw from attachment-focused, psychodynamic, IFS-informed, somatic, and practical approaches. Therapy with me is thoughtful, relational, and real—not impersonal or one-size-fits-all.
You do not need to have the right words or know exactly where to begin. You are allowed to arrive as you are.
I work with adults who may understand themselves intellectually but still find themselves repeating painful emotional and relationship patterns. My work often focuses on attachment wounds, trauma, anxiety, fear of abandonment, people-pleasing, difficulty trusting, emotional withdrawal, and relationship stress.
If you are tired of carrying everything alone and ready to understand yourself and your relationships more deeply, I invite you to reach out.
